These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Approval App ("Service"), operated by Approval App ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
Description of service
Approval App is an approval workflow tool that routes sign-off requests to designated approvers in a defined order and records the resulting decisions and audit trail. The Service is provided on an ongoing subscription or one-time purchase basis as described at sign-up.
Account registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ggraf.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content through the Service
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access to it
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent
Billing and payment
Access to paid features requires payment. Prices are displayed at sign-up and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. Contact support@ggraf.com with billing questions.
Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and remain the property of Approval App. Content you submit through the Service (such as approval requests, comments, and attached documents) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process and store that content solely to provide the Service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Approval App and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@ggraf.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
